1. Introduction of the System
The HWSS-336 system is a flexibly assembled and disassembled positive pressure explosion-proof system designed for welding operations in hazardous areas of offshore platforms. It provides protective isolation for personnel and operational risks to ensure personal safety.
The system consists of fire-resistant tarpaulins, airtight doors, detachable fire-resistant air ducts, air dampers, fans, combustible gas detectors, differential pressure transmitters, etc. On-site, the type and size of the habitat can be freely assembled, and adjustments can be made for special areas and pipe fittings to ensure the operation area is within a positive pressure explosion-proof zone, thereby achieving the safety of hot work operations.
